ConcernCould this be the
root of
your discomfort?
- What could cause shoulder stiffness?
-
What could cause shoulder stiffness?
Prolonged desk work or smartphone use can lead to muscle tension in the shoulders and neck, which can result in poor circulation.
Stress and teeth clenching are also common triggers. Early treatment is crucial to prevent the issue from becoming chronic.
- What could cause lower back pain?
-
When cold and stress accumulate, the body’s natural ability
to self-regulate decreases, causing internal organs to slow
down.
This can lead to issues with blood flow and muscle tone, resulting in a heavy or aching sensation in the lower back.
Women, in particular, are affected by hormonal fluctuations, making it essential to restore balance from within.
- What could cause headaches?
-
Tightness in the neck and shoulder muscles can restrict
blood flow and trigger tension-type headaches. Common yet
often overlooked triggers in daily life include eye strain,
stress, and changes in barometric pressure.
Instead of seeking only temporary relief, focusing on rebalancing circulation and the entire body can help address headaches at their root.
- What could cause poor posture?
- Loss of muscle strength and daily habits—such as crossing your legs, slouching, or leaning forward—can gradually distort your skeletal alignment, leading to poor posture. Poor posture can contribute to issues like shoulder stiffness, back pain, and even dysfunction of internal organs. Early correction of these habits is essential.
Listen to your body's signs!
Ignoring them may lead to numbness, worsening symptoms
and a longer road to recovery.

- Ongoing treatment is important

Q&A
- What happens during a session?
- Each session starts with a thorough consultation to understand your condition. We then apply shiatsu, muscle adjustments, and postural alignment tailored to your body’s tension and imbalances. The treatment is gentle and deeply relaxing—no forceful pressure is ever used.
- Is the treatment painful?
- Each person has different pain sensitivity; most of our clients find it comfortable. It is possible to feel what we call "good pain", slight pressure on tight areas. We always adjust the treatment to your comfort. Please let us know if the pressure is uncomfortable, and we can adjust the intensity accordingly.
- Do you crack joints or use forceful techniques?
- No. We do not use cracking or aggressive techniques in our therapy. Our approach is gentle, safe, and non-invasive.
- Can I receive treatment while pregnant?
- Yes, with prior consultation. We adjust the position and pressure to ensure your comfort and safety during pregnancy.
- Will I feel better after just one session?
- Many clients feel lighter and more mobile after one session. However, our focus is on long-term improvement—rebalancing your body and addressing chronic issues through personalized care.
- How often should I come?
- We recommend coming in once a week or every 10 days initially. As your condition improves, visits every two weeks or monthly are ideal for maintenance. We will suggest a plan that fits your lifestyle.
- When should I come for the second session??
- Ideally, return within 3–7 days of your first session.Frequent sessions early on help your body adjust more effectively.
- Is it normal to feel tired or sleepy after a session?
- Yes, improved circulation can lead to temporary fatigue or drowsiness. This is a natural response—just rest, and you’ll feel refreshed.
- Do I need to bring a change of clothes?
- No need to bring a change of clothes. Please wear comfortable, easy-to-move clothing for your session.
- How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
- Please contact us via WhatsApp or phone at least one day in advance. Same-day changes, no-shows, or repeated cancellations may incur a fee of up to $2,000.
Note: Any bank transfer fee for cancellation charges will be paid by the client. If you’re feeling unwell, please contact us first—we’re happy to help.
